how to measure yourself
1. Above breast circumference
Wrap the centimeter tape around the upper breast, going over the breasts and under the armpits. The tape should be horizontal and fit snugly around your body, but not tight. Keep your back straight and breathe normally during the measurement.
2. breast circumference
Measure the most protruding part of your breasts. Wear a comfortable bra that supports your breasts well and centers them naturally. Wrap a centimeter tape around your body, passing over the most prominent points of your breasts. The tape should be parallel to the floor and should not sag at the back. Do not suck in your abdomen or protrude your breasts when measuring.
3. Girth under the breast
Place the centimeter tape directly under the breasts, fitting snugly against the body. The tape should run horizontally around the torso and be positioned strictly under the base of the chest. Take a deep breath in and then exhale before taking the reading. The measurement should be quite tight, as this measurement determines the waistband size of the product.
4. RITWOTE measurement
This unique measurement determines the optimal support for your breasts:
1. Wear a comfortable bra that properly positions the center of your breasts at their natural level.
2. Find the point where your shoulder and neck intersect (where the shoulder seam of your garment is usually located).
3. Apply the beginning of the centimeter tape to the point you found on your shoulder.
4. Run the tape through the protruding point of the chest (the center of the chest).
5. Continue to the line under the breast where you measured the girth under the breast.
6. The measurement should be taken in a straight line, the tape should not sag or stretch.
